As a result, her travels have taken her from Japan to Germany and America from New Hampshire to California and from Washington to Florida. Professionally her Real Estate skills have been honed by her experience as an Army educator and Catastrophe Claim Adjuster. She developed her love for Florida while working with hurricanes from Andrew to Wilma. Due to this background, Marilyn is very knowledgeable about properties and their value. Additionally, she is proficient in coordinating with multiple parties in transacting purchases and sales.

Marilyn and her husband Fran currently reside in a 1910 rejuvenated home in Historic Downtown Brooksville. They have three children Kristin, Troy, and Sean who reside with their families in Boston, San Diego, and Phoenix respectively and they are blessed with 8 grandchildren, Kristin has one son, Isiah, Troy has 5 Troy Jr, Ethan, Luke, Owen and Lucy, Sean the youngest child has the oldest grandchildren twins Madison and Chandler.
