Since 2001, I have worked constantly to become the most knowledgeable and resourceful real estate broker I can be. My pursuit to know more and be sharper for my clients gives them added assurance that they are making smart decisions in real estate investments. I am known for my negotiating skills and for being active in real estate, business, and community organizations. Knowing who is on the other side of a transaction is invaluable in receiving and ranking offers for the seller or winning the buyer's contract.

As a Certified Residential Specialist, I have the experience to better stage, price, and market a home to the agents and the public. As a Buyer's Agent, I stay up to the minute on the local market, including new home communities. Having built more than 30 homes with clients over the decades, I can compare the quality of home builders for clients. I walk the home every week to ensure quality control.

With my niche as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I work with people transitioning from their family home to a smaller home. With all the complexities of selling some furniture, staging and most importantly finding the right place to move into, clients need a specialist. I am a member of the Senior Services Network, the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce, and the local Geriatric Council.
