Marina Alter is a graduate of the State University at Buffalo, NY, School of Management. Her career began in New York at Chase Manhattan Bank, as a Corporate underwriter, restructuring business debts, term loans, real estate purchases and provided working capital for Companies with revenues less than $5MM.
In 1995, she moved to FL and worked for GE Capital, South Trust Bank and later Union Planters Bank as VP of Business Banking. She furthered her career by obtaining a Mortgage Brokerage License and opened a boutique lending division in Hollywood, FL.
After 12 years of being a Corporate Lender and Underwriter, she ventured on to her new passion, Buying, Renovating, Selling and/or Renting Real Estate, primarily for herself. As she gained experience and momentum, she started to help others with their personal real estate needs/investments. She dedicates herself to excellence and carries expertise not only in the refurbishment and marketing of properties but in the complex world of underwriting, processing and closing real estate transactions.
Early in her career, Marina worked for several Luxury Real Estate firms to include Keller Williams & Illustrated Properties, a Sotheby's affiliate. In 2018, she joined Champagne & Parisi Real Estate in Boca Raton, FL. Marina continues to grow her business, with a high level of excellence, diligence and desire to meet all her client real estate needs.
Her specialty is waterfront properties, and luxury communities in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, & Highland Beach area.
Finally, Marina resides in Boca Raton with her 4 children, husband Steve and dog (German shepherd) named Zeus.
