With a background in business operations, luxury hospitality, and entrepreneurship, Marina serves a diverse group of luxury buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across Chicago, the North Shore, and Lake County.

Prior to joining Home Smart Connect , Marina co-founded a successful luxury automotive services business on the North Shore, where she developed her reputation for managing complex operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. Her strength lies in combining precision, warmth, and strategic thinking to guide clients through every step of the real estate process.

Loyal, detail-oriented, and deeply motivated, Marina tailors each transaction to her clients’ unique needs. Whether it’s helping a first-time buyer discover the perfect condo, securing a luxury home for an international client, or consulting on investment opportunities, her focus is always on protecting her clients’ interests and exceeding their expectations.

Marina speaks English, Spanish, Romanian, and Russian — a skill that allows her to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and build meaningful relationships in Chicago’s diverse communities. She holds a degree in Hospitality from Babe?-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and a Master’s in Marketing & Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Gala?i, Romania.

Born and raised in Moldova, Marina spent time living in Italy before falling in love with Chicago — a city she now proudly calls home. When she’s not negotiating offers or scouting the next great listing, Marina enjoys traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
