The Marguerite Apostolas team went above and beyond in every way to prepare our home for the market. The team also made sure we received top dollar for our home-way beyond our expectations.
From the moment we said we were ready to sell, Marguerite and Marina met with us and gave us a true assessment of our home and what we needed to do to make the most of the seller's market. They studied every inch of our home-literally from tall to the small and gave us options of what to expect if we did the upgrades.. Not pressuring us but letting us know what we could sell the home for if we did the upgrades and then if we did not. Our choice.,
They were with us every step of the way, checking in with recommending cost saving painters, contractors, gardeners, etc. They really helped us as though it was their home which needed to be sold,
The team is really strong in negotiating the price of the home so that they do not accept anything beyond the what it is worth at market value and beyond. The process of accepting an offer was exactly how they said it would be and we were beyond pleased.

Marina is professional, hard working, physically & mentally, helping me with personal adversity that affected my own abilities to help with my own move.
