He had excellent communication with us, kept us informed of what the next steps would be and was very prompt. We went for Fernando for our first home purchase and I would highly recommend him. We were first time buyers and he made the process as smooth as possible, not to mention had plenty of good contacts for any services needed after a move like for countertop installation and carpet. Fernando was also very prompt with communication and was always available every step of the way. Would go to him again the next time we need to buy and/or sell a house.

Fernando is an amazing realtor. I’ve worked with plenty of realtors in the pasts and have gone through the process of purchasing a property before. I can, with full confidence, tell you that Fernando is truly and honest realtor. That is a huge important factor to consider when working with someone. He doesn’t just see you as a commission, but really makes you feel comfortable through the whole process.

Besides being knowledgeable and highly available, Fernando really provides great customer service. One thing that also makes him stand out to me is his resourcefulness. He has assisted me even after we closed my deal. He has provided me with resources to improve my property and still keeps in contact.

There is plenty of agents to work with, but few that honestly show they care. Fernando is one that is definitely worth speaking with and giving him an opportunity to earn your business.
