Negotiation skills: 5 Stars! Mario is very friendly and really listens to what you are looking for and does his research very well. I'm looking to downsize from a house to a condo. He has shown me several condos, both 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. He's shown me both fixer uppers and those that don't need any work. He's given me multiple options. Mario is very accommodating. I work during the week and sometimes on Saturday. Mario has no problems showing me condos on Sunday. This makes it much easier for me. Whenever I have a question, I feel comfortable calling him, knowing that he will be more than helpful.

My husband & I enjoyed working with Mario. He kept us grounded when all we could see were negatives. When buyers become reluctant to take the leap to buy their first house or maybe a second home, he opens their eyes, not because he wants the sale, but because he cares enough for his clients. His communication is fantastic. He stays in touch every step of the way and doesn't keep you wondering. He is a hard worker, but never to busy to take a call. And Mario's experience speaks loudly, so yes, we rate him a 5 in all areas and would highly recommend him to family and friends. Sue and Gary
