I've been a customer of Navy to Navy Homes since 2015, when I had to move away from Jacksonville on military orders. I rented my house out Navy to Navy made the process very easy and they were the utmost professionals. I was presented detailed information on prospective tenants and I chose which ones to rent my home to. I had the same wonderful tenants from 2015 until 2021, when I also used Navy to Navy Homes to sell my house. Bailey & Michael Jordan (the Jordan Group) did an incredible job putting my house on the market, staging it and closing the deal much over the asking price, in just a couple day on the market! I never felt inconvenienced and we ultimately closed while I was on deployment. I got the documents in an email, went to a UPS Store and got them signed/notarized and sent off. All in all, from listing to proceeds in my bank account, it took 16 days!!! I ABSOLUTELY reccomend Navy to Navy Homes.

By far one of the best agents we've ever used. Although we've never sold a house before, we have bought two. I was stressed knowing we didn't have much equity in our home but Mario eased my concerns by being very upfront with possible hurdles and what to expect next. Mario definitely kept us informed with every hoop and jump we encountered and made the transaction a breeze. We closed electronically and Mario handled all of the repairs that were needed. Although selling a home is stressful I truly believe that Mario does his best to represent his client. Have you ever wondered if an agent is really worth their commission? I promise if you use Mario as your agent he will earn every penny and you won't be disappointed.

Once I chose Mario, I had to move out of state and had to depend upon him to handle all the property issues. He made all arrangements to have repairs made to ensure that the property would show well and eventually to qualify for the buyer's FHA loan. His experience allowed him to use initiative and address issues quickly and efficiently. The end result was a full price offer and a closing just seven weeks after the property was listed.
I interviewed three of the top listing agents in the area, Mario came the most prepared and had a detailed plan.He executed the plan perfectly. I would choose him again and recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent who will clearly explain the pros and the cons of each step in the process.
