Where do I even start?! Mario from Long Team was amazing. He helped negotiate down the cost of my new home in the driveway with the builder's agent!

He is Military and Veteran friendly. Very knowledgeable on VA loans and highly recommended for disabled vets!

I want to share some amazing things about Mario! Mario is one of the most patient easy going people I know. He is a realtor you want to have on your side. He goes to the bat for you, works things out in detail, explains everything- I mean EVERYTHING (a lot I did not know during the home buying process) he’s always remained so extremely nice and had more patience and professionalism than anyone I know. My story is crazy. I called Mario with my situation and I knew it was going to be challenging. I had to give my 30 days notice at my rental. No pressure or anything, Mario hit the ground running. To locate a house, get under contract, inspections, closing I was stressed!!! Mario made it happen in 28 days! After 7 offers I received my keys 2 days prior to my 30 day notice being up! Although this may not be the scenario or situation for everyone, his hard work, determination and dedication was one of the most remarkable things me and my family will never forget!!! P.S His wife Debbie is a bulldog Realtor herself! A team that can make your dreams come true! Thanks Mario & Debbie!
