When I decided to look for my first home in the Huntsville area, I knew I would have a tough time in the hot housing market. I'm thankful that Mario was able to provide his extraordinary knowledge and top notch attention to detail during my search. Although it took a while to find the right house since options were limited, he was on top of everything the entire time. We made several offers on a few homes and finally found the perfect home which was already in the process of being built. Mario was great to work with and answered every question I had. About 6 months ago, I became interested in buying a second home as an investment property. I had only ever purchased the house I live in and I was a complete novice regarding real estate investing.

I reached out to Mario Waker and told him that I wanted to talk to him about it. Mario helped me to get into contact with a lender that specializes in investment properties. He helped me to determine the type of property that would be best for me to invest needs. A few months after my initial contact, I had found an investment property that met all my criteria and my budget.

So between our first conversation and now, I have learned what things I’m looking for in an investment property, purchased an investment property, and have began generating rental income.
