My realtor Marion is a God sent angel. Talk about a lady who was blessed with the patience of Job literally. She explained things to me over and over again until I understood. She never judged me and kept encouraging me when I wanted to quit. She checked in with me 5 of 7 days a week and even worked while vacationing. She has become more than my realtor, I can call her my friend for life. I'm reliving a dream come true because she believed it would happen. There was a lot with me and specifically where I had to live (because of my child's school) and she definitely understood the assignment and saw it thru to the end. Marion is definitely one of a kind and one of the best in the business and I was blessed to have her help doing this joyous time. She will advocate for and fight for you. I could go on and on about Marion Branch but you can try her yourself for your housing needs.

Where do I begin? First, allow me to say that Marion is one of the Best Relators within the DMV area. Marion is very passionate and dedicated in helping her clients. I don't think there is no real estate problem she cannot solve. My husband and I was in desperate need of a realtor who could help us sell our rental property.

Unfortunately, our property was destroyed by the tenant who was living in our home and at the time, my husband and I didn't have the finances or resources to put our home back together. After speaking with Marion and giving her the opportunity of taking a look at our home, she assured us that our home would sell (I didn't see how it would be possible). Not only did our home sell, Marion made sure we received TOP Dollars for our home in as in condition!!!

God used Marion to help us sell our home!! Trust me, we gave other realtors an opportunity to list and sell our home and none of them were able to get it sold but Marion did!! If you are looking for a realtor who is compassionate, dedicated, honest, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you're happy, Marion is the Relator for you.
