About Marion F. Williams
I am a licensed real estate professional, of real property, with 26 years of experience, in the state of Maryland and 18 years in D.C. I’ve held an active real estate license in the state of Georgia, for 14 years.
Currently, I am working with Sellstate Dominion Realty, brokerage, in regard to my DC and Maryland license and Jack Wiles Realty for my Georgia license.
My educational background consists of Business Management and Computer Science, as well as Real Estate Principles and Practices. I’ve received my BBA Degree from, The University of the District of Columbia. I've studied at Shannon & Luchs Real Estate Academy; 24 By 7 Online; Career Web; Professional Development Institute; Real Estate Institute; Greater Capital Association of Realtors; Prince Georges Association of Realtors; Prince Georges Community College and Georgia MLS Training Institute. I've also attended MAXA Strategies, where I received a certificate of completion, for Maryland Mortgage Originator Pre-Licensing Course.
Throughout my real estate career; I have received various awards; which includes

Seller Volume, and #5 in the region from July, 2006-June, 2007

4.) PGCAR Community Service Award: May, 2003 and April, 2011.
5.) Distinguished Sales Club, 2000 - 2008.
6.) First Year Rookie Award, Shannon & Luchs 1990 -1991.
My mission is to bring Buyers and Sellers together, by negotiating a mutually agreeable transaction, promoting honesty, fairness and integrity, resulting in a “Win, Win” situation for all parties involved. This positive transaction will generate a substantial return for me by way of repeat business and referrals, from happy and satisfied clients and customers.

I have truly been Blessed to have a successful real estate career for 26 years. I may not have made millions, but it has afforded me the opportunity to accomplish some things and I am Grateful.

Dedication, in all things”. My hobbies include sewing, fashion designing, tennis, horseback riding , traveling, gardening, and nature watching.
