Marisa is incredibly easy and fun to work with and not only does she make house hunting manageable, she also drives the entire purchasing process and makes sure everyone stays on track. When we were putting in our offer, we went up against some incredibly strong competition and thanks to her guidance and involvement, we won the bid. Marisa also kept everybody, including the lender, title company, and ourselves on track by consistently checking in and stressing the sense of urgency when needed. I don't know if the purchase of our dream home in this crazy real-estate market would have happened without Marisa's help. We are so grateful to have had her by our side for our house buying journey and even happier to have gained a friend in the process!

Marisa is so passionate about what she does and it shows in everything she does. My husband and I could not be more grateful for this amazing woman who we have worked with on more than one occasion. She is professional and courteous, works hard for you and your loved ones, and is compassionate and strong willed. She will go to bat for you and be the shoulder you lean on at the same time. We will never go with anyone else in the future or recommend anyone else.
