Cooper Southern has been my Realtor for almost 3 years. Marissa Cooper was my representative during this time. I don't live in the area where the house was for sale, so she helped me look after the property, as well as, working to sell it. She looked out for my interests during the offer to purchase stage and throughout the complicated process leading up to the closing. I first contacted Marissa because I noticed as I was researching real estate ads that homes listed by her had superior descriptions and photos. As a result, Marissa began showing me homes I might be interested in. I found Marissa pays an extra measure of attention to all phases of the search for a new home. She asked questions until she had an accurate picture of what my wife and I were interested in. As soon as she talked to the owner of our current home I received a phone call. She was confident she had found our home. She was right. Then, Marissa began guiding us through the purchase process. Her communication and attention to detail were much better than other realtors I have worked with. Marissa Cooper: Professional, Personable, Polished, Proficient.. We were fortunate to align ourselves with Marissa for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current home and have referred her to members of our family for their relocation to our area.
