We had a great experience with Jodi Krug of the DiMare group as our seller’s agent. We chose Jodi because she was so great as a buyers’ agent. When we had to sell the same house she had helped us buy a few years earlier (not by choice), she was empathetic and understanding. She was just as professional, responsive and insightful as a sellers’ agent, knowing the market and pricing it perfectly. We had dozens of showings in only two days and multiple offers within days. Tara from the office was great as well. The entire team was wonderful, professional, and accommodating. Thank you!

Jodi was an amazing realtor and friend during the home buying experience! Being the way the market is currently, it was great to have Jodi because she wasn’t afraid of a challenge, asking questions, making phone calls, and getting us in to see as many houses as we could. We found the perfect house and within a week from offering, with the help of the attorney she suggested as a fast mover, we were out of attorney review. Along the way we hit more snags but Jodi fixed them all, most with ease, and was there as emotional support as well. She even saved the deal when it looked like there was no end in sight. We’ve now been in the house for a little over a month and are enjoying it fully! Pool time, yard work, pizza making — so happy to call this place our home! Thank you, Jodi and the DiMare group for all your help.
