WE BOUGHT BEAUTIFUL HOME! We are a military family, stationed in Japan when we started our hunt for a home in Chesapeake, VA. We’ve owned several houses prior and knew exactly what we were looking for. Maritza was so amazing in this process, she did video tours of the homes to show us, and basically dropped everything to go see a house when we showed interest. The market was so hot everything that we wanted to put an offer in on was already pending or there were 5+ other bids. We found a house were a bit luke warm on, but Maritza said it was a great house and we trusted her, so we bid it out with 8 other offers on the table. We got this one! And when finally were able to see it in person, it was WAY better then the pictures conveyed! We are so thankful and blessed that we trusted in Maritza! She was an amazing advocate for our family! Thank You so much! We love our home!!!

We have sold and bought several homes. Maritza has been the BEST Realtor we've had! She is very knowledgable, professional, always available for us, and explained every step.
