Maritza has gone above n beyond . She managed my credit and helped me go from 520 to 660. Allowing to enter a good apr as well as taking the Time to fly to Tennesse and help me make the decision which home was best for me and my family. While making sure we stayed In the budget allowing for a amazing buy. My Mortgage ended at 1,114.00 mo with a 2.3% locked for 30 years on 3,700sqft home 4 de rooms and 3 baths on 2 acres.

Maritza has been a life saver.

When We found ourselves in a bind / crisis at a time in our lives and needed to purchase a home.

She was there every step of the way, had patience with us and was able to get us the home we needed and wanted.

We gave her our criteria and our numbers and she kept us within our parameters.

I remember asking about a particular home before purchasing the one I'm currently living and she was like that's not what you asked me for.

Turns out with my lack of understanding and confusion, she held true to my needs and not sold me something that wasn't to my benefit.
