Hello, my name is Maritza Ortiz. I am originally from Bethlehem, PA, the Steel City. I relocated to the growing Tampa Bay Area in 2000 to expand my family and business opportunities. I was in banking from 2003 to 2009, and then moved to the retirement side of the company from 2009 to 2016. I then chose to pursue my career in Real Estate in 2017. I'm grateful for the flexibility this career offers, as well as the opportunities for growth and engagement with people. This career has allowed me to build amazing relationships and friendships with clients who are now great friends. It also enables me to spend quality time with my amazing and caring husband and three wonderful boys, Ivan, Travien, and Jaden. I am truly connected at heart to all things relating to the beaches, ocean, bay, and gulf. You can find me jet skiing with my husband and kids, relaxing by the pool, or on the beach, taking in the amazing views Florida offers. Family is very important to me, so when I am not out working or enjoying the outdoors, we are home, spending quality time together.
