I learn of emerging home trends long before they take hold in the Pittsburgh region, and I use that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve. I have worked for high-volume "flippers" and know how to work within budgets and deadlines, all while delivering an appealing and quality end result.
?For Sellers: My experience can help sellers prepare their homes before listing so that they show beautifully and earn top dollar. My clients receive staging advice from me, without charge, about improvements they can make to increase the marketability of their home. In addition, my clients have access to my network of vendors and craftsmen, and enjoy discounts on any products purchased through me.
For Buyers: I can work with my clients on the buying side to find the home of their dreams -- even if the perfect home is the one needing TLC -- and can seamlessly transition into the design process after the purchase.
