With a background in corporate law, real estate investing and education, Marjorie is a well-rounded, full service sales agent who brings invaluable qualities to the table. Her legal and transactional experience helps her capably guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process, ensuring attention to detail and smooth success.
Marjorie served as an Associate at Latham & Watkins and then as Associate General Counsel for both U.S. News and World Report and Hachette Filipacchi Magazines. She was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, and later taught business law at Fashion Institute of Technology.
In 2008, Marjorie followed her passion for real estate and began buying and selling properties for investment purposes, primarily in Manhattan and the east end of Long Island. She is skilled at developing plans, renovating houses and apartments, building new homes, managing construction, and staging and selling those properties. Her real estate background gives Marjorie the expertise to advise clients regarding properties that may need renovation or staging, and to find great properties that may fly under the radar.

A native of New Jersey, Marjorie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in History and English. She studied law at Georgetown University, and practiced as an attorney in Los Angeles, New York City, and Washington D.C. Among her interests, Marjorie collects contemporary art, enjoys attending art shows and theater, walking her dog in Central Park, and exploring NYC. She covers all Manhattan neighborhoods, from the Upper East and West Sides down to the Seaport.
