No doubt, home buying can be a daunting process especially as a first timer. Horrible stories all over the place but working with an amazing realtor like Marjorie made mine a breeze - almost effortless. She is a combo of patience and passion, professionalism yet friendly while using her wealth of experience in the market to guide, advise, support me throughout the entire buying process. She was very accessible, responds 100% of the time, immediately, and even when I wasn't expecting immediate response. She was there every step of the way and follows up

It’s very rare that you find hard working, reliable, dependable, dedicated, and loyal people in these days and times. I started my housing process Nov 2019. I worked with others and got nowhere fast. At the end of June I started my housing journey with Ms. Prezzy. I didn’t have to call behind her…she called me!! I didn’t have to lift a nail. She made my paperwork process extremely easy and always had my best interest at heart!! She has been nothing less than amazing on my behalf!!! Marjorie I thank you for your hard work and dedication!!! I have only worked with one realtor which was Marjorie but I must say for my expectations of a realtor she has far exceeded and gone way above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. She is caring, trustworthy, honest, very prompt, and most of all the one quality that I look for in anyone that I associate with is the fact she always kept it real with us and never beat around the bush even if she had to deliver bad news. She spoiled us very well and I wouldn’t rather have anyone but her as our realtor and friend. Most realtors are just after the money and even though that is an important aspect of the housing process, she put our needs above her own and no matter what time I called or text her she was always there for us with a smiling face and encouraging words always reassuring us that she here for us and she will make sure that everything will be okay and on time.she really made this housing process the best it could be even with all the bumps it came with when you get a house built during this current pandemic. I wouldn’t trade her for any other. Thank you soooooo much Marjorie for everything!!!!!!
