Marjorie recently helped me sell a 1BR in Forest Hills. She handled the process very professionally. She held several open houses over a long marketing period and provided buyers with all required info. When we went into contract with a buyer, she followed-up with all parties in a timely manner for each milestone. She helped me secure a fair price and worked diligently with all parties involved including coop board, coop mgmt, lawyers and the buyer's broker. I had the opportunity to work with Marjorie on the sale of my home in Bayside. This was a more complicated real estate transaction because it involved 3 owners who weren't always on the same page ( 1 being out of state). Throughout the entire transaction Marjorie made sure each of us understood where we were in the process, what options were available and was respectful of the home during showings. She even gave us a ride to the closing! I appreciate all the time and effort that she put into ensuring that the experience was seamless. I cannot possibly say enough about how valuable Marjorie was in helping me to market, show and sell my apartment. She is professional, has an exceptional knowledge of the market, responsive and exhibits a dogged and positive resolve to see a sale through to the end. Marjorie went so far as to work remotely in the apartment one day and ensure that all remaining furniture was given away to members of the community she had contacted on Facebook marketplace. Going above and beyond was the norm for Marjorie. Regardless of the transaction size, Marjorie will treat it like a million dollar listing and treat you like the only client in her portfolio. If you are tired of dealing with salespeople who are solely concerned with their commissions, then you owe it to yourself to give Marjorie a call.

Let me begin this review by stating that Marjorie is one of the best real estate agents in New York City I have ever worked with in my life!

Over the years living in NYC, I have worked with MANY brokers to find an apartment. Most brokers couldn't care less about what I was looking for and only encouraged me to sign the lease and send them their broker's fee. Reluctantly, I worked with the few that I have in the past and have always had below par experience and would recommend none of them. Then, by chance I clicked on Marjorie's apartment listing and I was so pleasantly surprised and delighted to work with her.
Marjorie truly listened to what I was looking for. She assured me that she wanted to help me find a place that I could love and looked through every listing to match them to my needs. She reached out to other agents, opened doors after hours because of my insane work schedule, and she basically made every accommodation possible in the book.
