From EFenska3 We have worked with Tammy & Mark Scott a number of times and have always had great results. We purchased land several years ago, and as our agents they helped us find a great lot to build our small vacation house on, and connected us with reputable builders. When the time came to sell, we called Tammy & Mark first and they had a buyer for us in less than 2 weeks. There were a few hiccups with the buyers, but they solved every issue quickly and effectively. About a year later, we were considering buying a larger piece of land and building a bigger custom home. We talked to a few other realtors who tried to lead us in different directions and we were so thoroughly conflicted that we called a halt to the land search for 2 years. That was actually a good call, as it allowed us to really think about our plans. Once we had a clear picture in-mind, we contacted Tammy & Mark, expecting that we might have to make some compromises on what we wanted. Instead, they were able to help us find neighborhoods that met our requirements. They gave us a list and we visited them on our own, so we could decide on 1-3 neighborhoods to seriously consider. We found one neighborhood that we knew was 'the one' as soon as we saw it. We contacted Tammy & Mark and they pulled up property for sale and we scheduled a visit to explore further. Thanks to their expert knowledge they were able to help us narrow down to just a few properties that were ideal for us. Tammy & Mark Scott are a great team. They are knowledgeable, patient and low pressure. They always go the extra mile and have delivered for us every time.

From MKeneker I was referred to Mark and Tammy through a friend who also purchased a second home through them. Like them, I was from out of town and was unfamiliar with the area. Mark and Tammy went out of their way to find houses that I would be interested in and made time to show me the houses. Their attention to customer service was second to none and most importantly is they listened to my needs. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and I couldn't make a recommendation for any improvement. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. If you are from out of town and looking for a reputable realtor who knows the area Like the back of their hand...look no further than Tammy and Mark Scott for all of your needs.
