Licensed as a realtor since 1992, Mark brings a solid background in real estate, combined with previous expertise as the manager of a Santa Fe design firm, which he helps build into a multi-million-dollar business. When not assisting buyers and sellers, he enjoys hiking with his yellow lab, Maddie, or spending time in his garden. Upon Mark’s invitation, Ian Lockwood joined Banham & Associates in 2015 to assist with Mark’s growing list of clients. As the Operations Manager and a licensed Associate Broker, Ian helps with all aspects of the business, including transaction coordination, marketing, and client relations. Much of what Ian does is behind-the-scenes, however his methodical and thorough approach to real estate ensures that all clients are taken care of on a daily basis. On any given day Ian can be found drafting contracts, monitoring deadlines, executing marketing plans, researching property details, or fielding client questions.
