About Mark

Mark S. Bourque began his real estate career in 1989 with the development of his first subdivision. Since then many more subdivisions and other properties have been developed. In 1993 I founded Prudential Premier Properties as a full service real estate firm and in 1999 added a construction division, PX3 Construction Associates. Their firm is diversified in commercial sales, leasing, tenant rep, investment, valuation, consulting, construction and property management.
