About Mark

Since 1995 Mark has ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the One Key Multiple Listing System (MLS). In the last 15 years he has ranked in the top 3 out of over 15,000 agents in our Multiple Listing Service for closed sales.

From 2007 to 2009, Mark served as President of the Multiple Listing Service and as Director of the National Association of Realtors. During his time as Director of the Hudson Gateway MLS – from 2009 to 2014 – Mark traveled the US as a national real estate speaker and trained over 1,500 real estate professionals to sell their clients’ properties in a challenging and shifting market. Today, Mark serves as the Co-Chair for the OneKey Multiple Listing Service which supports over 40,000 agents and brokers.

In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Mark is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing – an organization of knowledgeable professionals who have undergone extensive training in analyzing the luxury home market, providing quality service and achieving effective results in the high-end residential market.

Embracing a team approach to buying and selling real estate, Mark consistently increases business volume through efficiencies in the list and buy side of real estate, as well as staffing for administrative and marketing needs. Today, the Mark Boyland Team consists of a Marketing Coordinators, Closing Manager, Listing Manager, and Team Agents. Mark’s listings are accessible from over 1,000 digital touchpoints and his network is ever growing.
