Mark was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and responsive. This was my first time buying a house and I was very nervous about making a big purchase like this. Mark is an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our fourth buy/sell transaction with him. He is always willing to do what it takes to find the perfect house. Invariably there are some surprise disasters along the way (that comes with seeing homes) and his sense of humor is perfect. He’s patient and never once told us he couldn’t show us a home.
