Mark Cody was amazing!!! He helped me navigate my home buying experience with such comfort and ease. This process can be nerve racking and stressful but with Mark’s consistency and willingness to answer all my questions the process was a piece of cake. I’ve heard so many horror stories about being a first time homebuyer, but, thanks to Mark Cody, I don’t have one to tell.

I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for Mark Cody’s help in the search for my parents’ home. He began helping us as a partner to another wonderful Keller Williams real estate agent who we also love and then took over as our primary agent as our house hunt became more time-consuming and intense.

From our first encounter with him, he was professional, helpful, and kind to us. His positive attitude was greatly appreciated, especially during a time in the real estate market here when houses were being sold almost right after being listed. My parents and I saw a total of 50 houses in the span of a month and they had 5 offers outbid during that time so it was definitely stressful for everyone involved. Mark was always ready to go back to the drawing board and see as many houses as we wanted to, even if we wanted him to go to multiple cities and/or drive over an hour away.

He endured our emails of listings we wanted to see, questions we needed answered, and more, without ever making us feel like we were a nuisance to him. And when closing time came, he helped my parents navigate through some of the difficulties that come with buying a home in a new state when your bank account is on a little island far away.

Mostly, though, we enjoyed touring homes with him - I especially loved bouncing ideas back and forth about how we would renovate the home we were standing in while my parents were wandering around checking it out. I have an especially fond memory of him explaining to my niece how to use the “dinosaur” corded telephone on the wall! We really think of him as more of a friend and extension of our family after all of our time spent together.

I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for a realtor who knows the ins and outs of real estate and will get the job done. He was all of that for us and always put smiles on our faces, too.
