Mark Connon is amazing! He sold my nieces house and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for her. He is knowledgeable, professional, and demonstrated exceptional integrity throughout the entire process, treating us like family every step of the way. Mark advocated for her best interests, took the time to answer all of her questions and with his guidance we learned so much about the selling process and she always felt confident in her decisions. The care he has for his clients goes beyond the sale or purchase of a home. My niece relocated to Canada after the sale of her home and months later was looking to purchase a new home and reached out to Mark for guidance. He is well connected and used his network to connect her with a trusted realtor in Canada to assist her with the purchase of her next home. The level of care Mark has is rare and speaks volumes about his character and dedication to his clients. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and kindness assisting my niece and If you are thinking of moving or know someone who is, I highly recommend him.

Mark was my realtor when I was selling my dad’s house after he passed away. He was very kind and patient especially because we had some hurdles to got through he took his time explained every step through the process and help in the moving and cleaning out process. I would recommend him to anyone if your looking to buy or sell house he is a very genuine, kind, caring person.

Mark Connon agreed to help us list and sell our home when we had to quickly get all of our things out and move to Europe due to a job transfer.

Mark found himself not only dealing with prospective buyers wasting his time with none sense offers but he also found himself having to shovel our walk several times after a few snowstorms.

I don’t know many realtors who would take the time to shovel and deal with other weird situations as they arose.

Mark definitely went out of his way to help us sell our home. His efforts were most appreciated by us.

Mark is honestly the most patient realtor I have ever met. I am in the construction industry and refused to overpay for a house and Mark must have shown us well over a hundred houses, always being honest in his critique of the house and potential issues. He was always just a phone call or a text away during the entire process and would meet at a moments notice if a potential house was just listed. He made a stressful time more bearable.

Mark did a fantastic job of making us feel like he was really listening to what we wanted out of a home and his approach felt way more genuine as a person trying to help us get the right house, not just trying to make a quick sale. At times, Mark went above and beyond to use his experience and contacts to put us in touch with people who could help answer questions we had a hard time finding the answers to. We really appreciated that Mark did not seem to mind traveling, as we ended up asking him to help us look in areas that were pretty far from where we had originally started. In addition, Mark helped guide us through minor concerns we had with the sellers, the experts conducting the inspections and even the city in which we moved to. Finally, Mark even offered to continue to help us after the sale if we had not recieved answers to the concerns we had raised. Would definitely recommend.

Mark Connon rocks! He helped me sell two properties, gave me a punch list on what needed to be addressed at each property which got them sold quickly! He also aided my daughter in the purchase and then sale of her condo and the sale of my stepsons home. He goes above and beyond, I would highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling!
