I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents and I can honestly say that Mark has been the best. He is up to date on the market, the area and financing. This is true with most agents but Mark has that ability that some are born with and most are not. Meaning he is really good with people, being able to hold a sale together and dealing with the endless scenarios that can happen and do. In short this can be the difference of thousands of dollars in your pocket or not. Most of the time I look at these reviews or feedback and say ya ya, so I want to say I have been dealing with real estate for 30 yrs now, made lots of mistakes and looking back I wish I had Mark on my side all that time.

My wife and I own a local business in the Seqium area and we just recently bought a home there. I have to say that we are extremely pleased to have had Mark DeRousie as our realtor. He was very professional in everything that he did. He stayed in constant contact with us regarding everything that was going on, even if nothing was going on. We were impressed on how well he dealt with the bank that we were buying the house from. They were a complete...to deal with! It would take them 2-3 weeks to respond to anything. What impressed us the most was even though he was up against a bank that didnt know their head from a hole in the ground and it would take weeks to get a response, we watched him not give up. He fought for our best interest for a multiple of things that added up to be alot in the end. When it came to the appliances he got us another $2000.00 allowance because he felt that what they had in there was too low. He got them to cover $2,500.00 more of the closing costs. When he found out that the bank let the contractor clean the carpets himself he got them to bring in a professional. The list goes on and on and he did all this without us asking him to. I can't say enough about Mark DeRousie and the amount of effort he puts towards his job. Not all realtors are the same. Mark went way up and beyond what a normal realtor would do for someone. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a home. As far as my wife and I are concerned there is no better choice in a realtor than Mark DeRousie.
