We can’t speak highly enough of our experience working with Mark Dexter.

Recently, my mom decided to downsize but was concerned about buying a house and selling her home. She wanted to work with somebody she could trust, and Mark Dexter was that realtor. Mark walked us through the whole buying and selling process to make our experience as stress-free as possible. His communication skills were beyond exceptional, and he was extremely patient answering our many calls and emails. He spent many hours with us providing objective data regarding how many homes were sold in Boyle County during the last year, how long listings typically stay on the market and provided numerous information on comparisons in Boyle County.

His agency—Dexter Real Estate—had a strong social media presence and we could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. When we saw our listing, we were blown away with the photographs and descriptions. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Mom’s home was shown several times a day and we had two offers above the listing price within a week.

We want to recommend Mark Dexter and the Dexter Real Estate team for being such a pleasure to work with. It might not be this easy to sell your home, but we think you will be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Mark Dexter—we promise you will not be disappointed. We will never use another Realtor, and neither should you.

We recently purchased a home in Kentucky while living n New Mexico. Mark went out of his way to help us with all the details making it easy to make the home purchase via long distance. He did a great job coordinating inspections and providing us with necessary details. He kept in close communication with us and coordinated the whole process. My husband and I purchased a home in Danville this past April with the help of Mark and the team at Dexter Real Estate. We can't say enough great things about working with them. A Danville native himself, Mark has extensive knowledge of the market and the town itself. Through the process we found out he had even sold the house we were purchasing years ago while working with a previous owner. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend.

We recently bought a house with the help of Amanda French Clark. Amanda was constantly finding houses on the market that fit the size and price range we were looking for. She was very open to looking at several houses and gave us time and space while viewing the homes. We are first time home owners and she did not use that to her advantage. She offered input when we asked. I would highly recommend using Amanda if you are looking to purchase or sell a home.
