Mark helped my wife and I sell our home in 4 days! We were very nervous heading into the deal due to time constraints, but could not have chosen anyone better to present our beautiful home. Mark puts 110% into all he does... he truly surpassed all expectations and eased our fears without false promises which made the process that much easier. Although it was our first home sale, we can say that Mark is the most trustworthy, honest, and down-to-earth realtor we have had the pleasure of working with in our limited experience. As anyone will attest to, it is an absolute rarity to work with someone who has the ability to put you before themselves and their commission. Mark did just that and earned our respect. Mark's commitment never went a moment unnoticed. Our home was newer (built in 2010), contained some very nice upgrades (gas fireplace with surrounding stone from floor to ceiling, granite counter tops, first floor crown molding and hardwood), and was maintained in pristine condition with excellent decor. With that said, although Mark lacked the forty years of experience in the area that some others held, he did a phenomenal job with his research and presentation. He put forth a TON of time and effort into analyzing the local market and competition, answering all of our questions and providing any information requested right away (no waiting days on end for him to pickup the telephone), but most importantly, pricing the home at a list price which was reasonable and would lead to what we were looking for: a quick sale at a great price! He did not sugar coat the list price and gave us exactly what we looked for, honesty. His efforts did not end there... He hired a professional photographer to capture our home with high resolution photography and with spectacular lighting accentuating all of the beautiful features our home had to offer. He went a step further and created the MOST beautiful advertisement (our mouths dropped when we saw it). Picture a legal size, professional grade photo paper folded in half. The front featured our home address and a picture of the front of the home. The inside and back featured the high resolution photographs of the home taken by the photographer. Absolutely stunning... and just goes to show why our home sold in 4 days... David Ledas -Trulia.com
