We switched to Mark after trying and failing to sell our house with a different agent. Mark immediately got us offers coming in again after having a dry spell. He recorded a video of our house to go with the listing and the production quality was great. There were even drone shots. This was my third home purchase and Mark is by miles the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He wasted no time getting shoes to the (very snowy) pavement and I felt like a red carpet client the whole way through the experience.

Mark is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and personable, but pulled no punches in letting me know what was potentially a problem property with very detailed walk-throughs. And that he did. He presented a detailed plan to sell our house and followed it to a tee. His marketing techniques are phenomenal. It can not be overstated the very significant and positive impact Mark had on our lives. Mark is smart, diligent, well connected, and respected. All of those attributes makes him an impeccable agent capable of doing the impossible. Realtors, lenders, and inspectors all know and respect him. They know he does what he says and because of that they work with him. The way others spoke to us about him showed a great respect. When you work with Mark you become part of his network and benefit from that.

He is driven by principle and experience, ensuring that the home you purchase will be good and fair deal. We were purchasing at what might have been the very peak of the sellers market. Running from home to home with folks bidding wildly over asking price. At one point out of fatigue and desperation, we were willing to bid significantly over asking price. Mark cautioned us and said that the house was not worth over a specific amount. Taking his advice saved us from purchasing a home we would have been underwater on before moving in. His years of experience gave him the insight that it was not right for at that price. His unwavering integrity ensured he would not sell home simply for commission.

We ended up in our dream home. We ended up getting something we never thought possible, in a neighborhood we can proudly and safely raise our children in.

When you work with Mark, he will begin by telling you how he sells homes and things that are required to make sure that the biggest transaction of your life is done correctly. He will stick to everything he says. You can hang your hat on his promise.

Mark is a superlative realtor and a valuable, conscientious member of the community in which he works.

I met him when he was the seller's realtor for a home that I bought. After speaking with Mark during an open house, he persuaded me to spontaneously to put in a bid. I have since found that I couldn't have made a better purchase. As Mark said then, "I want you be happy with your house; we are going to be neighbors!" (Which he was defining expansively. We live a good seven blocks apart.)

Since then I've seen him around our area, selling loads of properties (and at prices that are doing good things for the value of my home). He prepares thoroughly, pounds the pavement, and is scrupulously honest. If I ever need to sell a house in Lincoln, I'm going to Mark.

I’m lucky Mark was my real estate agent. He handled the sale and purchase of My primary residence. Mark got top dollar on The sale of my primary residence. He knew where to price it at and how to market it. What set him apart from other agents is his knowledge of the market and the vast number of contacts he has. When my house went for sale he just reached out to his network of people and raised interest amongst those people to find a buyer that was interested. Plus he did heavily market the house had multiple open houses etc. he also provided great suggestions on how to stage the house. On the purchase of my house I think he save me a lot of money on the way he negotiated with the seller he knew what price to come in at and what price they would counter at.
