I was his home inspector and as we worked together, he was very detailed oriented to make sure the home he was purchasing had no major issues that needed attention. I would highly recommend Mark when considering a realtor. We purchased our house in December and can’t sing Mark’s praises loud enough. He made time for each and every question we had (there were a lot!) and was available anytime we needed him. His strong negotiation skills were critical in this tough market . There are tons of realtors to choose from, but I wouldn’t waste time with anyone else. We will definitely use him again the next time we buy or sell a house!

Mark is the highest level of professional I have ever encountered in real estate. He never looks out for his own interests. It is always the interests of his clients that are his top priority. That is extremely rare. So do yourself and your and hire the best realtor with the highest integrity for one of the most important decisions of your life: purchasing real estate.

Mark Farrelly is simply the best real estate broker in North County San Diego. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, Mark should absolutely be in your consideration set - I can't recommend him highly enough! We hired him to sell our home in Carlsbad, CA - close to Aviara, not far from the beach, Legoland and Omni La Costa Resort. My wife and I have sold many homes over the years and knew what to look for in an experienced Realtor - Mark fit the bill. And while I'm sure he's extremely busy at real estate, Mark is a true pro who always made us feel as though we were his only client - his top priority. From the start, he helped us identify and prioritize quick fixes (always evaluated cost vs. benefit) and home staging that would ensure we maximize the sales price of our home. He took care of and streamlined everything and had trusted referrals for every type of job - from painting to staging to handyman service for a few odds and ends that needed to be taken care of before listing. Mark's attention to detail and knowledge of the local market helped us get our house listed fast - within a short couple of weeks our home was on the MLS, Zillow, Redfin, social media and multiple marketing websites. Multiple offers came in quickly. Mark is a skilled negotiator and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. We were under contract within days of listing, with a short escrow and closed in 21 days - hitting a new record sales price in our neighborhood by a long shot. Mark really lived up to his reputation as being the "hardest working Realtor you'll ever meet" and we can't thank him enough for making the whole process as smooth, positive and stress-free as possible!
