I highly recommend Mark as a realtor. We found Mark through Zillow, and he has been incredible in helping us find a house that suits our specific needs. Mark is very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area, so he was able to accurately tell us approximately how much we should bid on a house in order to secure it. He was also patient and very encouraging with us as we had to navigate several bids and figure out what we wanted. Throughout the whole process, he was always optimistic and responsive to all of our needs, which helped reduce the stress of homebuying. Mark made our homebuying experience, especially as first-time homebuyers, excellent, and we cannot recommend enough.

Mark Fitzpatrick is one of the best realtors in the business for a reason. He’s incredibly effective in getting his clients their wish list. We had a great experience working with Mark and he helped us get our dream home. Mark did a fantastic job of listening to our desires/goals to find us suitable homes to tour. He was respectful of our time and he was very responsive to all of our communications and requests.
