Gola Corporate Real Estate, Inc
About Mark
Commercial real estate is in Mark’s DNA; his father John started the company in 1979, and he joined the firm in 1987 fresh out of college because “They were the only one that offered me a job!” In 1994, when Mark was named a principal, he was charged with steering the firm in new directions. Now, more than three decades into his tenure, he leads one of Philadelphia’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms dedicated solely to tenant representation.
In addition to overseeing Gola’s management, and operations, and spearheading strategic initiatives, Mark remains highly engaged with corporate clients in need of lease portfolio management, consolidation, and relocation, building purchases, and build-to-suit scenarios. According to Mark, “Being busy from the start of the workday to the end, whenever that may be,” is what he looks forward to most about his role.
Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Mark now lives in Chester Springs, a semi-rural western suburb. He is a Pennsylvania-licensed real estate broker and a licensed New Jersey real estate agent. He is a former board member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives, a national network of exclusive independent tenant representation firms that he co-founded.
