Mark Griffin

Prior to moving back to his hometown of Greenville in 2009, Mark Griffin spent over nine years in the Atlanta market where he worked with some of the top names in the region. After moving back to Greenville, he spent several years with another commercial real estate firm serving clients in retail, industrial, office, and business brokerage prior to launching Griffin Property Solutions in 2012. Despite enjoying success as an independent commercial real estate brand, by 2018, Griffin had decided it was time to affiliate with an international brand to better serve clients both within and outside of the upstate.

After careful research, Griffin concluded that the Sperry Commercial Global model was the right partnership and Griffin Property Solutions became SperryCGA-Griffin Partners. Mark Griffin and his professional team bring decades of progressive real estate brokerage, development, investment advisory and management experience to the table backed by the Sperry Commercial brand, one of the most respected and recognized names in commercial real estate for over 40 years.

In addition to being a Greenville native and Clemson graduate, he is also a past President of the Rotary Club of Greenville City Center in Greenville, SC. Professionally, Mark holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) designations. Mr. Griffin is an active member of the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisition Advisors (AAMA).
