Hello everyone,
Recently my parcel of land inside the Fairplay Viticulture Appalachian was listed with Mark Huber. He performed diligently. He went out of his way to provide me with a sale at the listing price or as close as he could bring an agreed contract to that price. As many of you know there was a serious fire in the El Dorado County area in 2021. Mark stayed the course and continued to show the property, as allowed, to interested parties. He also captured very favorable pictures of the parcel that presented its potential. We were always in close communication and Mark made the process easy and enjoyable.
I wish the buyer of my parcel a happy experience with this large acreage. I am grateful to Mark for his guidance and patience.

Made it easy to buy a beautiful home up in the mountains 7 hours away from where I was currently living.
We were only able to view online so Mark and his wife drove an hour to video it for me so I didn't have to purchase site unseen.
