Mark began his mortgage career at North American Mortgage in 2001 and was responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs in all 50 states. In 2003, he moved to Levy & Associates / Northbay Mortgage Services, where for the next eleven years he was a Realtor and headed up the Mortgage division.
With his strong financial background, Mark is able to advise his clients in all aspects of a real estate transaction, including complexities of loan qualifications, evaluating properties, possible benefits of deferred exchanges, as well as many other complicated issues. Because of these talents, Mark has also acquired the admiration and respect of many fellow Realtors. All of his professional contacts look forward to participating in future transactions with him.
The majority of Mark’s business is referrals from extremely satisfied clients, many whom have become very close friends. His attention to detail, ability to think outside the box and simplify complicated transactions is above reproach. Mark strives diligently on every transaction to uphold his motto “The Service You Deserve” which is evident from his client’s comments.
Mark has been a longtime resident of Sonoma County. He resides in Windsor with his wife of 36 years. Together, they have three grown daughters and four grandchildren.
