Mark is extremely thorough and helpful when it comes to apartment hunting. Mark was timely with his help, and was willing to push the leasing agents to make better offers for his clients. Mark has also developed relationships with several of the big apartment complexes in Austin, and this can be clearly seen when touring properties with him. Mark is definitely a high quality agent, and he will do all he can to secure the best deal for his clients.

I had the best experience working with Mark! I was referred to Mark by a friend of mine, who was also a client of his. I was in the process of relocating out of state from VA which is an extremely stressful task when doing it on your own. From the beginning, Mark's professionalism and expertise shined through. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Austin area and surrounding neighborhoods. He took the time to learn my top priorities in finding an apartment. He was very proactive and organized, sending me possible listings that fit my criteria and timeline, and keeping all favorited apartments in an updated spreadsheet. Mark was easily accessible and always answered my questions within a quick turnaround. I flew into Austin a month later to apartment search and meet Mark. He had mapped out our day and included detailed notes on each apartment we planned to visit, even calling ahead and scheduled appointments at each site. Mark truly cares about his clients and is passionate about helping others. I am so grateful for Mark and all of his assistance! It is scary moving to a new state by yourself, but Mark made the transition so much more smoother. It was great having someone like Mark in my corner looking out for my best needs.

Mark Jannetta is a great asset in finding a new place to live. I recently was looking at various apartments all over Austin and Mark was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had and his breakdown of available places were GREATLY appreciated. Mark put together a single page that broke down pricing, move-in deals, amenities, as well as his personal take on each location. It really made moving less stressful and he was very awesome to work with. Mark was also a pro when viewing locations and knew what questions to ask when I didnt as well as help break down all the jargon. I seriously cannot praise his work ethic enough. Thank you again Mark.

He’s super helpful, sent a ton of options vs others who didn’t. He did so in a timely manner and the way he sends information to you is really well organized and presented in a way that helps see what your best options are. Very nice, professional and doesn’t push you to make a decision at all, I would definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend working with Mark to find a home in Austin. He helped us find a good spot in Mueller within our budget.

He considered the things we explicitly told him we wanted and also picked up on more subtle things we didn't even realize mattered to us. He was spot on with his recommendations and takes a lot of pride in finding people the right place for them.

Mark's originally from the UK and has lived all over the states, before making Austin his home. You can definitely tell he loves the city and what it has to offer.

Mark is amazing to work with. He is very professional, responsive and communicative and has provided guidance along every step of the way as my boyfriend and I search for a new apartment in Austin. He created an awesome list of places to tour based on our preferences and provided feedback on the neighborhoods we were visiting which painted a more complete picture of what our living experience could be like. Mark was our realtor as we started looking at new apartments for lease; once my girlfriend and I decided to actually buy a condo, Mark was extremely helpful in working with us to find our dream property.

1. Mark took the time to understand what we were looking for, where, and why, constantly keeping up with new MLS postings and making sure we didn't miss any new opportunities. Early in our search we found a perfect condo but someone jumped on it before we could put in an offer (less than 24 hours). When another property in the same building came on the market, Mark called me within the hour and we were able to visit, put an offer in, and secure it that day!

2. Mark has extensive experience buying and flipping houses so he is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and home values, and also has many connections with quality and inexpensive contractors/repairmen/HVAC specialists etc. He was able to quickly identify the most critical elements of our home inspection and get estimates for repair costs. He also provided advice on ways to improve the property and cost effective solutions for that.

3. He was constantly available for even the smallest question via text (as a first time homebuyer, I had many!), and quickly facilitated any conversations between the HOA and seller to get questions answered.

4. Even after our sale closed (and we were technically no longer a client), he helped coordinate repairs and handywork for our new property and ensure that we got everything completed before move-in, at a low cost.

I strongly recommend Mark for renters and potential home owners looking at purchasing a home or condo
