We were lucky enough to meet Mark through our rental agent when we wanted to sell.
Mark was very friendly and even willing to help do what was needed to get the home ready. He worked with the sitting tenant to smooth the process
We were able to sell the home very quickly and above the asking price, which was a great achievement considering the situation with the Covid Pandemic/ Stay at home challenges.
