Mark is awesome. This is our second time doing a sale and purchase with Mark. We initially found Mark via a recommendation from a friend, and found that we really liked his approach. Mark has significant expertise and insights on properties and is willing to share them without being pushy. He would often see flaws or concerns in properties that missed our eyes, which is always helpful. He also has great vision to see potential in places. Mark had a very tall order when it came to the type of home I was looking for. I was looking for something specific for the needs of my clients, as this was not a home for myself, but a home for the agency I work for that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. With the market the way it currently is, we knew it could be quite the waiting game to find something that checked all of our boxes, but Mark certainly did not shy away from a challenge. In fact, he did more research and digging to present to us other options and opportunities we did not think of in the first place. Always available at the drop of a hat, always communicative, honest and transparent in talking through whatever thoughts we had on a specific home or the process in general. After a road of many misses, we finally got a hit and I know that is thanks to Mark and his loyalty to his clients. We’ve recently closed on our new house and can not say enough about Mark’s help throughout the process. We looked for several months and Mark was with us every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive to questions, last minute requests for viewings (even in the middle of a snow storm!), and never tried to push us on a property that wasn’t right. My wife and I genuinely felt he was invested in our finding the right home.

8 years ago, Mark sold us our first home. 2 dogs, 2 amazing children and a pandemic later, we reached out again because we were casually looking. We found 2 houses we liked and wanted his expert opinion on what he thought. He set back to back viewings for us and helped us hash out the pros and cons of each. By the end of the day, it was clear which house would make a better home for our family. Mark got to work and things quickly fell into place. To the Veterans and Military Service Members that are reading this, you know that your earned benefits come with a few extra hoops to jump through. Mark stayed on top of it, carefully orchestrating all the moving parts (bank, lawyers, VA inspection and housing inspection). We hit it off with Mark right away and asked him to list our home. He provided resources and ideas for staging and making small improvements to get our home looking beautiful.
