Mark helped me to buy a house in WA from FL. The process was virtually, and he provided helpful suggestions and details before making an offer. He stepped in when my husband and I needed help finding a home ASAP. We were first-time home buyers, and he explained the process. He always picked up the phone, answered texts, emails, etc. Mark is on top of everything; we were in a time crunch to find a home, and he bent over backward to make it happen! He is an excellent person/realtor. We highly recommend him! Thank you, Mark, you are phenomenal at your job!!

We bought our house in Renton with Mark being our buyer agent. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right deal at the right price. He never hesitated to show us houses, anywhere we asked him to do so. We visited more than 50 houses with him over a period of more than 6 months all across Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, NewCastle. He was very patient with us and always kept saying that he wants us to get the best house. For the house that we bought finally, he got the house for us without going into bidding, by placing an offer that expires early. This trick potentially saved us a lot of money. Over this time period, our relation grew to be more friendly than a professional one. He treats his customers like his family and puts all the efforts to make sure they get what they really deserve. Hard to find an agent like him these days.

Mark is a real estate agent par excellence. He went over and beyond expectations to ensure that we find, inspect, acquire, and enjoy the new home that we really wanted within the time frame we set. His sensitivity and negotiation skills overcame the many odds we encountered in closing this arduous deal. He even graciously offered to store and transport our bulky furniture between homes. He communicates when it’s most needed, and regularly checks in even after the sale. He definitely made it happen. Mark is the forever agent and friend for finding your forever home!
