Relocation and home buying is a stressful process. Moving to Northern Virginia, we were well aware about the highly competitive market we were getting into. Additional challenge for us was that we were buying a house from out of state. We were introduced to Mark Laing and immediately felt at ease knowing that we will have a trusted ally working for us. We worked with him and Joyce and they made the process really smooth. They organized highly structured virtual tours, in-person visits and provided comps. We received great communication and personalized service. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Finally, we liked a house that we could call a home and Mark helped us through the buying process very smoothly. Although, Mark was our primary realtor, we got great help from Joyce as well. Both of them are a great team and are highly recommended.

I first met Mark several years ago when he helped me sell a house, get in a rental and then buy a house. He was amazing and have nothing but positive things to say. So I know when the time came recently to sell my Dad’s house, I know exactly who to turn to. Selling my Dad’s house was an emotional and unique situation. Mark is able to navigate different and difficult situations, deal with my Dad and got that house sold with ease. It really was so important that Mark made that transaction so easy. Mark provided a trusted. guiding hand as we set out to address what for us had already become a discouraging experience attempting to find a new home. He worked relentlessly on our behalf and eventually he identified a property that had not yet been listed as one that we might decide was right for us.
