I am an NYS Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Advantage. After starting a property management company out of Downtown BK, I got into real estate. Operating a property management company has helped me become a more well-rounded and knowledgeable broker in numerous different areas of the business.

What differentiates me from the rest is my passion, trustworthiness, work ethic, desire to help others, and a powerful inner circle of some of the best from across all areas of the business. I am on top of every deal, aggressive, and incredibly protective of my clients. My client's interest always comes first, not my own. I primarily work in Staten Island and Brooklyn, where I am part of both MLSs. I have also bought homes for clients in all five boroughs and the Hamptons. Whether working with buyers or sellers, "I get the job done right the first time around."

Sellers get the most money for their properties or businesses in their areas thanks to top views and exposure. Presenting the property effectively means sellers get the most money possible. Getting as many people in the door as possible lets me get you your price and negotiate a good deal effectively. I have a significant social media presence on FB, with almost 5,000 followers. My record speaks for itself, showing that the majority of the properties I have sold, both residential and commercial, have been top sellers in their respective markets. Sellers and Buyers have had great experiences working with me because I genuinely care about people. I am honest, love my career, have strong working relationships in the business, and am bold and aggressive. I do not let deals fall apart.
