I also work with investors to find the fixer-upper (usually cash sales) that they can re-hab and make a profit when they resell. I can also provide the remodeling with a proven team if the investor prefers.





I began my career selling (and buying) HUD Repos, and have extensive knowledge and experience in REO or bank foreclosures and Short Sales.
