As first-time home buyers, Mark was who our family needed; he is knowledgeable about how the system works, and familiar with neighborhoods and Michigan properties’ features. Housing market has had and will continue to have its ups and downs; Mark has been there on both. He is a professional on what he does (punctual, practical, hard worker, etc.) and his system allowed multiple steps to be done remotely, Mark was highlighted to us by one of the largest US financial institutions (on lender’s short list); we enjoyed what otherwise could have been a much more stressful process, from property selection to closing. Highly recommend him, I would easily choose Mark McCaslin again as our real estate agent any time.
