Mark McHugh

Mark’s energy and commitment to helping others has benefited a multitude of clients over the years. As the principal broker and owner of Clearmark Real Estate, LLC, he offers expertise in all areas of residential and commercial real estate throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mark holds the distinct national designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, At Home with Diversity, and Bronze Circle of Sales designation with the Kent Washington Board of REALTORS. He provides the highest level of service; his friendly attitude is always well received.

Giving back to the community is one of Mark’s deepest values. A member of the Warwick Rotary Club, his service to others makes a difference. Honored by the club in 2010 for being Rotarian of the Year. He volunteered as the President of the Warwick Neck Improvement Association and spent several years as a Board Member for The Boys & Girls Club of Warwick. He is also a sponsor of Edgewood Sailing School, Warwick Fire Fighters Soccer, The Buckeye Brook Association, Save the Bay, Boy Scouts of America, Warwick Neck School, and countless others.

Currently, Mark is a treasurer for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS Political Action Committee, the Rhode Island delegate to the National Association's Housing Opportunities Committee, and a member of the Professional Standards Board at Kent Washington Association of REALTORS. He was the President of the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS 2019, and the associations' REALTOR of the Year in 2019, an 1800 member association dedicated to the highest professional standards in the industry. He also served on the board of directors and executive committee for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS. These leadership roles give him the opportunity to be a part of the ongoing commitment to ensure the REALTORS and the public are being served with the highest degree of professionalism.

Between 2006 and 2019, Mark was a Mayoral appointment by to the Warwick Tax Assessors Review Board and was Chair for his last three years, a three person board to review commercial and residential properties and the assessment of value for tax purposes. They engage in weekly site visits and review hearings as a service to the citizens of Warwick.
