Mark Modzelewski

Mark Modzelewski, originally from the Chicago suburbs, has lived in Hollywood Florida since 1992. He has over 17 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgage markets. Mark is currently a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors and served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB, now the FAMP) from 2003-2008. Mark has been an active Realtor since 2009 specializing in coastal/waterfront homes throughout South Florida. He is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and is an expert in the greater Hollywood area.

Prior to relocating to South Florida, he attended school at Columbia College in Chicago and Berklee College of Music in Boston. Mark currently resides in Hollywood with his family.
