My wife and I stumbled on Mark accidentally. We needed a realtor to show us a house in Winthrop on short notice. He was the only one who answered the phone. We looked at the house and asked if he knew anyone out in St. James to show us a house. Turns out that Mark will willingly travel the state to find his clients a house. Once he gets you in a house, he is very knowledgeable about what is in a house or any renovations you want to make, including pulling out a tape measure to see if plans would work. I don't know when he rests, because he was relentless in helping us find a house. He is also honest with his opinions of if a house is even worth considering. We, or anyone else couldn't ask for a better realtor. It was a true pleasure working with him. We really appreciated and valued your time and work.

I found Mark Nibbe through Opcity Reality while I was browsing for homes online. He was able to show me the homes I was interested in quickly. He was able to answer all my questions throughout the buying process and well after my purchase too. Good advice and recommendations from the man. I could easily tell he had alot of experience in the business. Mark is a people person, I really appreciated getting him as my realtor.

Mark at NextHome at the Lakes was, simply put, fantastic! It was our first home that we purchased through a realtor and I'm certain I asked a lot of stupid questions. Mark was more then patient with us and clearly communicated all of our answers. When we had questions or just wanted an update he was always available. If he was busy when we contacted him he followed up with us within a matter of minutes! He negotiated a fantastic price for us and he made the buying process simple and actually enjoyable! I'm certain I will live in this house for a long time but if I need a realtor for a cabin or something else, Mark will be the first person I call.

Working with Mark to find mine and my husband's first home was an amazing experience! We looked at quite a few houses, in and out of our budget, to get a good idea of what we were going to find. He kept us well up to date on new listings, and was readily available any time we needed him. If we ever wanted to move we'd definitely ask for his help again!

From the very first contact with Mark it was evident that he was a people person with excellent listening skills and patience. His experience in real estate and knowledge of the surrounding area that we were interested in purchasing was invaluable. He also was humble enough to acknowledge when he did not know the answers and often took the initiative to get an answer. Mark demonstrated professionalism consistently even when we as customers had emotional reactions. He empathized but lead with a level head always.

Mark Nibbe was so excellent to work with. From the first showing my kids said mom Mark is such a nice guy, which as a mother makes you feel good to hear.
